What can i do to my 60gb ipod classic so as to force Best Buy into giving me store credit or force them into giving me a new ipod?
I have the 60gb model which is no longer made.
Yes the service plan is still alive.
I want to get an ipod touch in exhange for the 60gb ipod classic.

If you “do something” to your iPod, they’ll know. You’ll be out an iPod and they won’t pay for it.
