Ipod Touch Speaker Dock Bose

I'm trying to find speakers or a dock for ipod touch, which also has an FM radio and CD player?

I believe it is a Gen 2 iPod Touch. I really want to get the Bose SoundDock Series II, but he has no radio or CD player. I am willing to pay up to $ 500 and I wish it had a quality incredible sound and the Bose. And, preferably in black and I do not want to be a clock radio. I want a dock high quality, not the cheap stuff crappy.

Unfortunately, the CD will be the deal breaker. They just are integrated into systems, boomboxes and shelf over.
