well,
i got a purple ipod shuffle for christmas. (2GB one).
i need to use it tomorrow because we are going on a long trip, and i’d love to be able to use it in the car, but when i plugged it in my computer, it complained saying that it needs ‘iTunes 7.2′ or greater to install itunes. and for me to download the itunes i need Windows XP Sp2 and i dont have service pack 2.
it charges and everything, but it wont let me add music to it.
can anyone help me??
p.s- the iPod didnt come with any discs or drivers or anything. which is annoying because how am i supposed to use the ipod i got now?

The XP Service Pack2 is a big FREE download.
The simplest fix would be using Windows Update to get SP2 then running iTunes.
